The Changing Garden

Almost daily now the garden seems to take on a new look. The flowers that bloomed a few weeks ago are now spent and dropping and beautiful new varieties are springing up to take their places. The white peonies (that were transplanted from my grandmothers yard to my mothers yard and then to my yard) were gorgeous but right after they blossomed the 3 weeks of rain came upon us and they didn't stand up to all the water very well. Hopefully next year they'll enjoy a longer season of being the most beautiful flower in the yard.
